Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3–4 oz Bernstein’s Light Fantastic Cheese Fantastico Dressing
- 1 medium onion, chopped (sweet or brown)
- 1–2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilis
- Taco shells and favorite toppings (cheese, salsa, sour cream, etc.)
Instructions
1. Prep the Ingredients
- Dice chicken breasts into ½” pieces.
- Chop onion.
2. Marinate the Chicken
- In a large zip-top bag, combine diced chicken, dressing, onion, and green chilis.
- Seal and refrigerate for 1–3 hours to let the flavors blend.
3. Cook the Chicken
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pour in the marinated chicken mixture.
- Cook, stirring often, until the liquid cooks off and the chicken is fully cooked (about 10–12 minutes).
4. Assemble Your Tacos
- Serve chicken mixture in your favorite taco shells.
- Add toppings like shredded cheese, salsa, lettuce, sour cream, or avocado.
